Enjoy 40 minutes of infrared heat, designed to support detox, circulation, and recovery.
Cool down post-session with a chilled eucalyptus towel and electrolytes.
First-Timer Tips for Infrared Sauna Sessions
What to Wear
During: Most guests wear minimal clothing or use our towel wraps. You're in your own private suite, so choose what feels comfortable. After: Bring loose, breathable clothes. Tight jeans or leggings are harder to put on after your session.
Stay Hydrated
Drink water before, during, and after. We offer filtered water, tea, and electrolytes.
Optional Add-Ons
- Vibration Plate Therapy: Arrive a few minutes early to use this complimentary lymphatic-stimulating tool.
- Salt Therapy (Halotherapy): Available in select rooms for $10.
