Are the rooms private?
Yes, all of our saunas are in a private room.
How long is the session?
The session is 40 min. There are timers in the room, so you know when it’s time to get out of the sauna.
Do you provide the towels?
Yes, you are given 4 towels (one for the bench, floor, body & face). You can bring your own extra towels if you need or want anymore than the 4 we provide.
What should I wear in the sauna?
You want to wear as little clothing as you are comfortable with. You want as much of your skin exposed to the heat & light. Some people choose to bring swim wear. Since you are in your own private space, wearing nothing is acceptable and recommended.
What do I wear after the sauna?
You will want to have light & loose clothing for after. You will still be sweaty after your session. Tight leggings and jeans are hard to put on after.
How long does it take to start sweating?
On average, people begin sweating within the first 10 minutes. Some begin sweating right away and others can take a bit longer. Depending on how hydrated and active you have been.
What temperature are the saunas set at?
The average temperature here is 130’-150’. You have full control of the temperature.
Can I bring water in the sauna?
You can bring water into the room with you. It is recommended to leave the water outside of the sauna and step out when you need a drink.
Can I bring my phone in with me?
Your phone will overheat in the sauna. You are able to connect your phone to the speakers in the sauna via bluetooth.
Do you have bluetooth?
Yes, all of our saunas are equipped with bluetooth. You can connect your phone to the speakers inside of the sauna and listen to your favorite playlist, podcast or audible book.
Do you have TV’s?
No, we do not have TV’s in the rooms. We believe half of the healing comes from being able to disconnect from constant input and allow your body and mind to rest and digest.
Do you provide water?
Yes. We do have a water cooler with Reverse Osmosis water. You can refill your water bottle or thermos.
What should I eat prior to the sauna session?
You want to prepare as if you were going to the gym to do a light workout. A light meal an hour before or a snack 30 min before. You don’t want to be on empty or after a big heavy meal.
What are some ideas of things I can do while in the sauna?
While in the sauna you can take time to read, pray, meditate, journal, stretch, yoga, listen to your favorite podcast, audio book or playlist. Bring a dry brush and do a self-lymphatic massage while in the sauna.
How many people can fit in the saunas?
Our regular saunas fit 1-2 people comfortably. Our large sauna fits 1-4 people
Do you provide Aromatherapy?
Yes, all of our sauna sessions include your choice of essential oils to take into the sauna with you.
Do the saunas have Chromotherapy?
Yes, all of our saunas are equipped with medical grade Chromotherapy lights. This is included in the sauna services.
Do I have to make an appointment?
It is highly recommended to make an appt. That we can assure we have a room hot & ready for you.
What is the cancellation policy?
W e ask for a 4 hour Courtesy notice prior to the start of your appointment to avoid the late cancel fee of $20.
Can I bring someone with me?
Yes, you can bring anyone to join you in your sauna with a $15 Friend Pass.
